QR code for Google reviews

The hardest part of getting reviews is the friction between "sure, happy to" and actually finding your business on Google, scrolling to reviews and tapping the right button. A QR code that opens the review form directly removes most of that.

To get the link, search for your business on Google while signed in to your Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews", and copy the short link it gives you. Paste it into the generator above. Test it on your own phone: it should open straight to the star rating.

Make it dynamic if you might want to rotate platforms later, for example sending scans to Google this quarter and to a different review site next quarter, or if you want to see how many people scan the card at your counter versus the one in the shipping box.

Print tips

  • Put the code where the good moment happens: on the receipt, the takeaway bag, or the card handed over at checkout.
  • Ask, do not incentivize. Offering rewards for reviews breaks Google's review policies.
  • A short line works best: "Liked your visit? Tell people on Google."

Static code. Free, unlimited, never expires. The content is baked into the pattern.

Going to print? A dynamic code lets you count scans and change the link later without reprinting.

QR codes for google reviews: questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, look for "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews". It gives you a short share link that opens the review form.

Can I count how many people scanned it?

Yes, with a dynamic code. You will see the total scans, and on a paid plan a daily chart.

Can I use one code for several locations?

It is better to give each location its own code so reviews land on the right profile and scans are counted separately.
